The contract needs to be written such that it is ONLY one year active including boot camp and training; the rest on reserve.

I can not agree more, this endless illegal immigration has got to stop. The problem has been dealt here with to some extent but, our present government are slowly eroding same. Can I say that this is NOT the same country that I grew up in.
